Dip the wand, gently work the applicator over the LipSense color, and wipe clean with tissue — the oil-based formula releases the Permeable Polymer Matrix film without scrubbing. Isostearyl Alcohol, Isohexadecane, and Coco-Caprylate provide the formula's deliberate solvent-and-emollient action, while Panthenol, Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate, and Tocopheryl Acetate condition.
