Begin with a clean nail surface, removing oils, debris and old polish. Apply 2-in-1 Base & Top Coat before color. Apply one color layer and let it dry; apply the second and let it dry. Top the finished color with a layer of 2-in-1 Base & Top Coat.

What helps the polish form a flexible finish?
