Why is my LipSense flaking or patchy?
When LipSense® looks patchy or begins to flake, it usually points to surface residue, layers applied too thickly, or back-and-forth strokes; reset the canvas and rebuild thinly.
Balm, oil, or wax can interrupt contact with clean, dry lips. Remove the uneven color with Ooops!™, clear every trace of residue, then rebuild with the complete protocol: For lasting LipSense, start with completely clean, dry lips, shake Color vigorously, sweep three very thin layers in one direction, let each one flash off—the cool feeling is the layer setting—then seal the third layer with required Gloss. Sweep each color layer from corner to corner in one direction so the Permeable Polymer Matrix can form without backtracking through the wet film.
Let each layer set with lips parted, then finish with compatible LipSense® Moisturizing Gloss before pressing the lips together.
