Your product arrived without a box because SeneGence deliberately leaves off the printed retail outer carton—the bottle is not missing a piece.
That choice has a name: the Naked Bottle. SeneGence reports that more than 1.2 million individual retail outer cartons were not used from the start of tracking in 2002 through its latest responsibility report (2025 edition). For you, it is less to open, flatten, and throw away, and the same care shapes the formula inside the bottle.
What does the Naked Bottle change?
