SenePlex+®

SenePlex+® is SeneGence’s foundational proprietary anti-aging complex, at work in most of our products. Our extremophile technology is made with extracts and cells that survive in extreme environments. It combines Calanthe Discolor (Ebine) Extract orchid stem cells and Orchis Mascula (Orchid) Flower Extract; biofermented Saccharomyces Cerevisiae (Yeast) Extract and Laminaria Digitata (Kelp) Extract; Hydrolyzed Opuntia Ficus-Indica (Prickly Pear) Flower Extract; Sodium Hyaluronate, a form of hyaluronic acid; Glucosamine HCl; Urea; Panthenol (vitamin B5); and vitamin E (Tocopheryl Acetate or Tocopherol). SenePlex+® promotes collagen, protects against stressors, brightens the complexion and accelerates skin renewal, while deeply moisturizing skin. Our blend of clinically proven peptides, exosomes, and proprietary SenePlex+® stem cell technology (secretomes), paired with skin-nourishing botanicals, delivers visible results without unnecessary additives (Beauty Book 2026, p. 8). SenePlex+® is SeneGence’s foundational proprietary anti-aging complex, at work in most of our products. Our extremophile technology is made with extracts and cells that survive in extreme environments. Calanthe discolor orchid stem cells support a firmer, more lifted look, promoting collagen and brighter skin; Orchis Mascula orchid adds powerful antioxidant care, maximum moisture and protection against environmental stressors; yeast and kelp bioferments support a gently renewed look; prickly pear gently exfoliates for smoother, more even texture; Sodium Hyaluronate, Glucosamine HCl and Urea support moisture, barrier, firming and smoothing; Panthenol and Tocopheryl Acetate or Tocopherol condition and defend against stressors. Extremophile skincare

Extremophile skincare draws on life that thrives where conditions should destroy it. Orchid stem cells

SeneGence's orchid stem cells are Calanthe Discolor (Ebine) Extract, plant stem cells from the Ebine orchid at the heart of SenePlex+®, chosen for a firmer, more lifted look. Orchids growing beside Mount Yasur survive its volcanic gas, heat and ash and regenerate quickly, and that resilience inspired SenePlex+®. Our orchid stem cells come from Calanthe discolor, the Ebine orchid, which shares the challenging climate adaptations of the Yasur orchids and is cultivated for its signaling activity.

GLP Complex™

GLP Complex™ with SenePlex+® and Exosomes is a morning-and-evening facial serum that visibly restores lost facial volume, for smoother, firmer-looking skin; GLP stands for Glow, Lipids, and Peptides. Ornithine HCl, Phospholipids and Glycolipids support the look of facial volume; Caprooyl Tetrapeptide-3 with Dextran contributes to smoother, firmer-looking skin.

Plant-derived exosomes in GLP Complex with SenePlex+ and Exosomes
GLP Complex carries plant-derived exosomes, and the finished serum is what the study measured. GLP Complex carries Centella Asiatica Leaf Vesicles; in an independent 31-participant study measured by image analysis it reduced deep-wrinkle appearance 11.2% at four weeks and 23.4% at eight weeks and improved the look of facial volume 8.4% at eight weeks. Canarium Indicum (Nangai) Seed Oil
