Independent finished-product clinical results
Deep wrinkles soften. GLP Complex visibly restores lost facial volume.
By SeneGence · Updated
GLP Complex™ with SenePlex+® and Exosomes reduced deep-wrinkle appearance by a mean 11.2% at four weeks and 23.4% at eight weeks. Image analysis separately measured an 8.4% mean improvement in the look of facial volume at eight weeks.

What the study measured
- Tested product
- GLP Complex™ with SenePlex+® and Exosomes
- Independent laboratory
- Essex Testing Clinic
- Participants
- 31 participants completed the study.
- Method and timing
- A trained technician took digital images of each participant’s face at baseline and after four and eight weeks of product use. ImagePro software analyzed changes in the appearance of deep wrinkles and facial volume as separate endpoints.
All 31 participants showed improved deep-wrinkle appearance at four and eight weeks. At eight weeks, 81% showed improvement in the look of facial volume.
Study design and limits
How this study was built, and what that means for reading its numbers.
- All 31 participants who completed the study used GLP Complex, and every image is compared with that participant’s own baseline image. The topline includes no untreated or placebo comparison group.
- A trained technician took digital images of each face at baseline and after four and eight weeks; ImagePro software read deep wrinkles and facial volume as two separate endpoints.
- The week-4 facial-volume change (2.5%, p=0.486) was not statistically significant. The facial-volume result is the week-8 change (8.4%, p=0.044).
- The two-page laboratory topline is marked as preliminarily reviewed by Quality Assurance, and slight data changes may follow final review.
The complete measured results
| Timepoint | Mean score ± SD | Mean change from baseline | Participants improving | p-value vs. baseline |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Baseline | 772.6 ± 197.0 | — | — | — |
| 4 weeks | 686.3 ± 152.1 | −11.2% | 100% | <0.001 |
| 8 weeks | 591.6 ± 105.4 | −23.4% | 100% | <0.001 |
A lower deep-wrinkle score means a better-looking result, so the mean score drops equal improvements of 11.2% at week 4 and 23.4% at week 8.
| Timepoint | Mean score ± SD | Mean change from baseline | Participants improving | p-value vs. baseline |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Baseline | 289.8 ± 83.4 | — | — | — |
| 4 weeks | 297.0 ± 91.1 | 2.5% | 65% | 0.486 · not significant |
| 8 weeks | 314.0 ± 96.5 | 8.4% | 81% | 0.044 |
A higher facial-volume score indicates improved appearance. The four-week facial-volume mean change of 2.5% was not statistically significant (p=0.486); the supported facial-volume benefit is the eight-week result (p=0.044). Mean change describes the average measured change, while participants improving describes the share with any improvement. SD means standard deviation.
